中央深入学习实践科学发展观活动领导小组日前发出《认真学习贯彻胡锦涛总书记在全党深入学习实践科学发展观活动动员大会暨省部级主要领导干部专题研讨班上的讲话的通知》(以下简称《通知》)。《通知》指出,胡锦涛总书记的重要讲话是开展深入学习实践科学发展观活动、把贯彻落实科学发展观提高到一个新的水平的重要指导文件。
