以玉米品种吉农大578和新白单31当年收获种子为试材,通过高温(45±1)℃、高湿(相对湿度95%)老化处理,研究老化种子的发芽特性、活力特性及化学成分的变化及各性状间的相关性。结果表明:随着老化处理时间的延长,两品种种子发芽势、发芽率均表现为降低趋势;两品种种子活力指标则从24h开始即下降;萌发后的幼苗表现为老化时间越长苗高越矮、根系越短,且对根系的影响更加显著;不同老化时间的玉米种子主要化学成分(蛋白质、脂肪、淀粉)百分含量无显著性差异。另外种子发芽指标、活力指标同子粒的淀粉和脂肪含量表现为不同程度的显著相关关系(P<0.05)。
The germination characteristics, vigor characteristics and chemical composition of aged seeds were studied through the aging treatment of high temperature (45 ± 1) ℃, high humidity (95% relative humidity) The change and the correlation between the traits.
