本项目坐落于北京东四环百子湾,一个建成于上世纪60年代的工业园区内,将其中一栋2层楼的老厂房,保留了97.2%的原红砖结构以及立面造型,改成了符合现代要求的康新北京创意设计办公室。从选址开始,秉承着创新、高效、专业、绿色、环保以及可持续发展的态度,并将这关键核心概念贯彻在整个项目中。最终在2012年3月得到了美国LEED环保新建项目金牌认证(LEED gold for NC)。这个项目可以说是中国国内第一个以如此高的保留率得到LEED认证的设计案。
The project is located in Baiziwan, East Fourth Ring Road, Beijing. One was built in an industrial park in the 1960s. One of the 2-storey factory buildings was preserved with 97.2% original red brick structure and façade shape, In line with modern requirements Kangxin Beijing creative design office. From the site selection, we are committed to innovation, efficiency, professionalism, greenness, environmental protection and sustainable development. We implement this key core concept throughout the project. Eventually in March 2012 received the United States LEED green gold new project certification (LEED gold for NC). This project can be said to be the first design case in China to receive LEED certification at such a high rate of retention.
