在分析关系数据库文件（．ＤＢＦ）的数据结构基础上，使用ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ下的混合编程技术建立了具有图形编辑功能的交通网络数据库管理系统．

Based on the analysis of the data structure of the relational database file (.DBF), we established the traffic network database management system with graphic editing function by using the hybrid programming technology under windows.
