建立检测工作场所空气PM_(2.5)中16种多环芳烃组分的快速灵敏的分析方法。采用玻璃纤维滤膜采集,超声溶剂萃取,气质联用的方法,同时对PM_(2.5)中16种多环芳烃进行定性及定量分析。结果显示,所有16种多环芳烃成分分离良好,标准曲线相关系数>0.995,有较好的准确度和精密度,加标回收率为81.3%~120.1%,相对标准偏差<5%。应用该方法对117份实际样品进行检测,效果良好。实践证明方法简单,快速,选择性好,灵敏度高,适合日常检测工作的需求。
A rapid and sensitive method for the determination of 16 PAHs in air PM_ (2.5) in the workplace was established. The method of glass fiber membrane filtration, ultrasonic solvent extraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used. Meanwhile, 16 kinds of PAHs in PM 2.5 were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed. The results showed that all 16 PAHs were well separated and the correlation coefficient of the standard curve was> 0.995. The recoveries were 81.3% ~ 120.1% and the relative standard deviations were less than 5%. Applying this method to 117 real samples, the effect is good. Practice has proved that the method is simple, fast, good selectivity, high sensitivity, suitable for routine testing needs.
