加大投入、扩大刺激不一定能解决成果转化率极低的问题。科技成果转化,把新东西推广出来,其实是从“0”到“1”的过程,是相对比较难的过程。后期的市场营销也就是产品推广,则是从“1”到“N”的过程,只需照着复制即可。科学技术是第一生产力,按照我国经济转型发展的要求,社会对于科技成果转化为生产力也越来越重视,科技成果转化逐步提高。但是,目前我国仍然面临着科技成果走不出实验室、企业又盼不来先进科技的窘况,存在科技成果转化率低、入市难等问题。

However, at present, our country is still facing the dilemma that scientific and technological achievements can not walk out of laboratories and enterprises can not wait for advanced science and technology. There are problems such as the low conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements and the difficulty of entering the market.
