本文介绍了一种用双功能催化剂制取的氮/甲醇含成气氛。该气氛制备工艺简单,节省能源,甲醇低温裂解与普氮脱氧同步进行。适当调整氮气和甲醇的配比可以制成同吸热型相类似的气氛。适用于中高碳钢保护加热和低碳钢渗碳的载气。试验结果表明,该气氛可含有较多的H_2和CO,具有高的碳传递系数,可以用于快速渗碳。作者还对换气量与碳浓度之间的关系进行了探讨。
This paper presents a nitrogen / methanol containing atmosphere prepared by a bifunctional catalyst. The atmosphere preparation process is simple, energy saving, low temperature pyrolysis of methanol and nitrogen deoxidation simultaneously. Appropriate adjustment of nitrogen and methanol ratio can be made with endothermic similar atmosphere. Suitable for medium and high carbon steel heating and carburizing carrier gas. The experimental results show that the atmosphere can contain more H 2 and CO, with high carbon transfer coefficient, can be used for rapid carburization. The author also discussed the relationship between the amount of air exchange and carbon concentration.
