目的 :探讨ANP与肝硬化PTH门脉血液动力学的相互关系。方法 :对48例肝硬化门脉高压病人 ,采用双功多普勒测定门、脾静脉血流量(PVBF &SVBF) ,同步采用放射免疫测定法检测血浆中ANP的水平 ,并分析PVBF &SVBF与ANP的相关性。结果 :肝硬化PTH患者PVBF、SVBF均显著升高 ,代偿期显著升高的ANP与门脉高血流量呈显著正相关。结论 :门脉系统高血流动力学改变存在于肝硬化门脉高压发病的始终 ,ANP的生成增多在肝硬化代偿期功能性PTH的形成中发挥重要的作用 ,对临床治疗有指导意义
Objective: To investigate the relationship between ANP and hemodynamics of portal hypertension in patients with cirrhosis. Methods: 48 cases of cirrhotic patients with portal hypertension, portal vein and splenic venous blood flow (PVBF & SVBF) were measured by dual-Doppler. The levels of ANP in plasma were detected by radioimmunoassay simultaneously. The correlation between PVBF & SVBF and ANP Correlation. Results: PVBF and SVBF were significantly increased in patients with cirrhosis and PTH. There was a significant positive correlation between ANP and portal hypertensive flow in patients with cirrhosis and PTH. Conclusions: Hypertrophic changes of portal system exist in the pathogenesis of portal hypertension of liver cirrhosis. Increased production of ANP plays an important role in the formation of functional PTH with compensatory phase of cirrhosis, which has guiding significance for clinical treatment
