目前我国大规模的羊种布病爆发流行已基本得到控制,但部分地区仍有散发猪种和牛种布病现象。特别是两广地区的猪种布病,迄今仍在畜间传播,直接影响到牲畜发展及人群的健康。为了使布氏菌鉴定方法标准化及进一步完善,很有必要建立一套我们国家标准的地方布氏菌种,本文报告了对收集的广西11株菌及西藏分离的2株菌的鉴定情况,结果如下:
At present, the epidemic of large-scale sheep bursal disease has been basically controlled in China, but the distribution of pig breeds and cattle breeds still exists in some areas. In particular, the pig breeds in Guangdong and Guangxi Provinces have so far been transmitted by domestic animals and have a direct impact on livestock development and population health. In order to standardize and further improve the identification method of B. brucei, it is necessary to establish a set of our national standard place brucellosis species. This paper reports the identification of 11 strains of bacteria collected in Guangxi and 2 strains isolated in Tibet. The results as follows:
