分析了特级资质施工总承包企业信息化建设的内容、信息化模式选择的制约条件,提出建设过程中该从管理理念、人才储备、技术支持三方面考察企业的现实条件;根据制约条件的不同满足情况,提出3种信息化建设模式;举例说明特级资质施工总承包企业信息化模式选择的思路,为我国特级资质施工企业信息化建设和推广提供一定的借鉴。
This paper analyzes the restriction of informatization construction and information mode selection of general contractor qualification general contracting enterprise and puts forward the realistic conditions of the enterprise from three aspects of management idea, talent reserve and technical support in the process of construction. According to the different conditions of constraint The author puts forward three kinds of information construction mode; and gives an example of the idea of choosing the informatization mode of the super general contracting enterprise, and provides some reference for the information construction and popularization of the construction super qualified construction enterprises in our country.
