机械通气是治疗危重呼吸衰竭患者常用的一种呼吸支持方法,由于危重症患者发病急、病情凶险、变化快、抵抗力低下、并发症多,所以治疗风险增大,呼吸机每周1次[1],常规呼吸管路换管时,容易出现病情变化。我院2007-2009年高龄危重患者352例换管时体会如下。
Mechanical ventilation is a commonly used method of respiratory support in patients with critical respiratory failure. Because critically ill patients have acute onset, dangerous conditions, rapid changes, low immunity and multiple complications, the risk of treatment is increased and the ventilator is ventilated once a week [ 1], conventional breathing tube change, prone to changes in condition. My hospital 2007-2009 352 cases of critically ill elderly patients experience when the tube as follows.
