人脑胶质瘤是成人神经系统最常见的恶性肿瘤,免疫基因治疗已经成为近年来研究热点之一。热激蛋白60(HSP60)和CXC趋化因子受体2(CXCR2)作为两种细胞因子,在胶质瘤细胞的免疫、增殖、转移和侵袭中都具有重要作用。大量研究显示,阻断和抑制HSP60和CXCR2的基因治疗可促进胶质瘤细胞的凋亡,提高胶质瘤的疗效,今后应进一步加强该方面的研究。
Human glioma is the most common malignant tumor in adult nervous system. Immunotherapy has become one of the hot topics in recent years. Heat shock protein 60 (HSP60) and CXC chemokine receptor 2 (CXCR2), two cytokines, play an important role in the immune, proliferation, metastasis and invasion of glioma cells. A large number of studies have shown that blocking and inhibiting the gene therapy of HSP60 and CXCR2 can promote the apoptosis of glioma cells and improve the efficacy of glioma, and should be further strengthened in the future.
