传统的供应商定期评价方法主要依靠人工进行统计和评分。评价者的主观标准差异造成了被评价者难以控制个体得分差异。该文利用网上物资管理系统中的关键控制点数据采集、加工和分析,根据统一的量化评分标准来对供应商订单数据进行分析和评价,使得不同供应商的评价结果具有可比性。应用耗材管理中建立的关键控制点构建供应商评价体系,以促进供应商良性竞争、提高物资科学管理水平。.
The traditional method of supplier periodic evaluation relies mainly on statistics and grading manually. The subjective standard differences of the appraisers make it difficult for the appraisers to control the individual score differences. This paper uses the data collection, processing and analysis of the key control points in the online material management system to analyze and evaluate the supplier order data according to the unified quantitative evaluation criteria so that the evaluation results of different suppliers are comparable.
