目的 探讨 p16基因在尖锐湿疣及其癌变中的作用及临床意义。方法 应用聚合酶链-单链构象多态性分析( PCR- SSCP)检测 33例尖锐湿疣和 7例尖锐湿疣癌变患者 p16基因有无纯合性缺失和点突变。结果 p16基因在尖锐湿疣及其癌变中存在纯合性缺失,而且缺失程度在尖锐湿疣癌变中明显升高,且是尖锐湿疣癌变的早期表现;未发现 p16基因点突变。结论 尖锐湿疣及其癌变与抑癌基因 p16失活有关,临床上通过对尖锐湿疣患者 p16基因的检测,有可能对尖锐湿疣癌变作出可能性预测及早期诊断,为发现癌变高危人群提供新的依据。
Objective To investigate the role and clinical significance of p16 gene in condyloma acuminatum and its carcinogenesis. Methods Polymerase chain-single strand conformation polymorphism (PCR-SSCP) was used to detect the p16 gene in 33 cases of condyloma acuminatum and 7 cases of condyloma acuminata. Results There was homozygous deletion of p16 gene in condyloma acuminatum and its carcinogenesis. The deletion of p16 gene was significantly increased in the carcinogenesis of condyloma acuminatum and was an early manifestation of carcinogenesis of genital warts. No point mutation of p16 gene was found. Conclusions Condylomata acuminatum and its carcinogenesis are related to the inactivation of the tumor suppressor gene p16. Clinically, the detection of p16 gene in patients with condyloma acuminatum may predict the possibility of early diagnosis of carcinogenesis of condyloma acuminatum and provide a new basis for the detection of high risk cancers .
