在Wistar大鼠单个心室肌细胞上记录了B型钙通道的单通道活动。人参二醇组皂甙单体R_(b1)250μg/ml显著抑制B型钙单通道活动,其机制在于使其开放概率减少与开放时间缩短,而对通过此通道的离子流幅度无影响。
Single-channel activity of type B calcium channels was recorded on individual ventricular myocytes of Wistar rats. Panaxadiol saponin monomer R 250b / ml significantly inhibited B-type calcium channel activity by reducing its open probability and opening time but not affecting the amplitude of ion flux through this channel.
