[目的] 观察茵陈紫金汤对四氯化碳(CCl4)诱导的小鼠急性肝损伤保护作用。[方法] 以0.12% CCl4花生油溶液经腹腔注射,制备小鼠急性化学性肝损伤模型,测定给药后模型小鼠血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST),肝组织匀浆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性以及丙二醛(MDA)水平,计算肝脏指数,光镜下观察肝组织病理学变化。[结果] 茵陈紫金汤高、中剂量组均能显著降低CCl4所致小鼠急性肝损伤血清 ALT、AST活性,提高肝组织匀浆SOD活性,降低MDA及肝脏指数,明显改善肝组织损伤的程度,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0 05)。[结论] 茵陈紫金汤对CCl4诱导的小鼠急性肝损伤有保护作用,其作用机制可能与抗脂质过氧化有关。
[Objective] To observe the protective effect of Yinchen Zijin Decoction on acute liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) in mice. [Methods] A mouse model of acute chemical liver injury was prepared by intraperitoneal injection of 0.12% CCl4 peanut oil solution. Serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) were measured in model mice after administration. Liver tissue homogenate superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) levels, liver index was calculated, and histopathological changes were observed under light microscope. [Results] The high and middle dose groups of Yinchen Zijin Decoction can significantly reduce the serum ALT and AST activity in acute liver injury caused by CCl4, increase the SOD activity of liver homogenate, reduce the MDA and liver index, and significantly improve the liver tissue injury. The degree was significantly different from that of the model group (P<0 05). [Conclusion] Yinchen Zijin Decoction has protective effect on CCl4-induced acute liver injury in mice, and its mechanism may be related to anti-lipid peroxidation.
