近年来随着科技的经济的发展,科技的进步,高等职业教育业在飞速发展。据有关调查结果显示,我省高职类院校为社会培养的人才在逐年递增,社会对高职类学生的需求也在不断扩大。但我省在高职类人才培养质量这一问题上与南方城市及国外还有一定的差距,企业对于从高职类院校中招聘的人才的满意度不高,供需矛盾突出。本文重点分析我省高职复合型高技能人才培养中存在的问题,并分析找到加强我省高职复合型高技能人才的途径。
In recent years, with the economic development of science and technology, the progress of science and technology, the development of higher vocational education is developing rapidly. According to the survey results, the number of talents trained by the higher vocational colleges in our province is increasing year by year. The demand for higher vocational students in the society is also constantly expanding. However, there is still a certain gap between our province and the southern cities and abroad in terms of the quality of vocational talents training. Enterprises are not satisfied with the talents recruited from higher vocational colleges, and the contradiction between supply and demand is outstanding. This article focuses on the analysis of the existing problems in the cultivation of high-tech composite high-skilled personnel in our province, and analyzes and finds ways to strengthen the high-tech composite high-skilled personnel in our province.
