我厂使用的钻削小孔(d≤6mm)夹具,在生产中效果很好。夹具结构如图1所示。在夹具体左右两侧各有一根滑柱7,它用螺钉13固定在夹具体上,起导向作用。滑柱又分别装在钻模板3的两个导套6的孔内,钻模板可以作上下滑动。为了避免因配合间隙过大而影响钻套2孔与定位销1的同轴度,滑柱与导套孔的配合精度选为H6/g5。钻模板3与螺杆4用销连接成一体。使其能同时上下移动,达到夹紧和松开工件的目的。为提高夹紧速度,钻孔夹具采用自锁性能比较好的螺旋夹紧机构。螺母10和螺杆4螺距10mm双头梯形螺纹(外径22mm)。螺杆材
