在2016年之前,很多省份都是自主命题。而在今年,大部分省份都开始使用全国卷,自主命题的地区仅有北京、天津、上海、江苏、浙江和四川几个省市,可见全国卷的全面普及是一个趋势,顺应了国家自2015年开始推广全国卷的做法。在近十年,高考英语作文已经完成了从议论文向应用文的过渡,从考查有较为固定模板和套路的议论文,渐渐转变为内容更为灵活多变的应用文。这说明高考作文的考查重点已由单一的文字功底向语言的综合运用能力倾斜,重在考查同学们能否把所学的英语知识应用到实际生活中去。顺应这种趋势,在最近几年,全国卷中出现了一种新的作文
