在石油钻井中,钻井提速是每一位钻井技术人员永恒的话题,也是每个石油人的心愿。然而,随着油井的不断加深,高温高压井、水平井、大位移井、分支井等各种复杂井越来越普遍,机械钻速也随之下降,特别是随着油井的不断加深,地层的压实效应不断加强,三向应力不断增加,使得机械钻速大大降低。为了有效解决机械钻速下降的实际问题,从理论出发,结合实验验证,得出在同一地层同一条件下微心钻头能有效提高机械钻速,降低钻井成本。
In petroleum drilling, drilling speed is every eternal topic of drilling technicians, but also every oil person’s wish. However, with the deepening of oil wells, various complicated wells such as high temperature and high pressure wells, horizontal wells, large displacement wells and branch wells are more and more common, and the ROP also decreases. Especially with the continuous deepening of oil wells, Compaction effect continues to strengthen, increasing three-way stress, making ROP greatly reduced. In order to effectively solve the practical problem of the decline of ROP, from the theory and experimental verification, it is concluded that the milled drill can effectively increase the ROP and reduce the drilling cost under the same condition of the same formation.
