去年,我们收治急性奋乃静(羟哌氯丙嗪)中毒一例,现报告如下。胡××,女,22岁,某矿务所药剂员。患者因某事不愉快,于1975年4月30日晚11时从该所自取奋乃静118片(每片2毫克)一次口服。服后入睡,至5月2日下午3时醒后,觉头痛、头晕、浑身发软、四肢无力、步态不稳,且有阵发性颈强直、面肌痉挛、舌肌颤动及言语不清,于晚上8时半急诊入院。既往无外伤及颅脑疾患史。体检:体温35.7℃,脉搏76次/分,呼吸28次/分,血压110/70毫米汞柱。发育正
