目的:探讨彩色多普勒高频超声对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法:78例乳腺癌患者术前行乳腺高频超声检查,观察其形态、大小、内部回声、周围边界、纵横比值是否>1、是否有微钙化、内部血流分布情况、同侧腋窝淋巴结情况等,术后对乳腺癌标本进行病理学检查。结果:肿块形态不规则73例,边界不清晰69例,内部回声不均匀70例,无包膜72例,后方回声衰减23例,微钙化67例,淋巴结转移74例,纵横比>1有60例。CDFI:肿块周围及内部有散在及穿入性血流信号的77例。病理结果以浸润性导管癌居多(73例)。结论:二维及彩色多普勒高频超声对乳腺癌有一定的诊断特征,结合患者的临床资料,配合病理结果能够提高乳腺癌的诊断水平。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in breast cancer. Methods: Totally 78 patients with breast cancer underwent high-frequency ultrasonography before operation. The morphologic features, size, internal echo, peripheral boundary, aspect ratio were all> 1, if there was microcalcification, distribution of internal blood flow, ipsilateral axillary lymph nodes After surgery, the pathological examination of breast cancer specimens. Results: There were 73 cases with irregular shape, 69 cases with unclear boundary, 70 cases with internal echo unevenness, 72 cases without capsule, 23 cases with posterior echo attenuation, 67 cases with microcalcification, 74 cases with lymph node metastasis and 60 cases with aspect ratio> 1 example. CDFI: There were 77 scattered and penetrating blood flow signals around and inside the tumor. Pathological findings were mostly invasive ductal carcinoma (73 cases). Conclusion: Two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasonography has some diagnostic features for breast cancer. Combined with the clinical data of patients, combined with pathological results can improve the diagnosis of breast cancer.
