生生不息,是中国古代的思想。中国古代“变”法奇书《周易》里讲到:“生生不息”是一种生命意识,万事万物都不是一成不变的,而是处于不断地发展与变化中的,一切事物、所有人类都具有活力与生命力,因而有了我们今天的存在。生生不息这个概念是传统的也是我们一直探索的,在面对这个宏大语汇的时候,我们会思考许多。生生不息大到整个宇宙,小到看不见的微粒,艺术家经常使用生活中的材料去表现宇宙运行、人生轨迹、生活百态、社会发展等一切生生不息之态。这不仅是一次次寻找生生不息的旅程,更是一次人与社会、人与自然关系的探索。
