生态教育和自主德育则是更关注学生生命的成长,以学生自我的发展我为主体,教师要将学生发展的权利还给学生,倡导自主德育,在无声中播下一颗种子,引领学生的成长。德育是什么?是对学生品德和思想上的一种引领,而这种引领不是教师单方面的,更应该是教师主动的带着孩子自主教育的一个过程。要记住,大人的世界和孩子们的世界有着天壤之别,在这里,教师要学会用孩子的眼光看世界,这样我们所传授的教育才会是从学生心灵深处发出的,才会是学生真正喜欢的。
Ecological education and self-centered moral education are more concerned with the growth of students’ lives. Taking students’ self-development as my main body, teachers should give back the right of students’ development to students, promote self-moral education, sow a seed silently and lead students growing up.
