为了考察壮威口服液对雄性小白鼠生殖器官结构及功能的影响，对连续给药１７ｄ后雄性小鼠的睾丸指数、血液中雄激素浓度进行了测量，并对小白鼠睾丸组织进行了形态学观察。结果表明，服药组小白鼠睾丸指数、睾丸间质细胞数量、血液中雄激素浓度均较对照组有显著性提高（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示壮威口服液可促进小白鼠生殖器官发育，增加间质细胞数量，提高血液中雄激素浓度，从而发挥补肾壮阳作用。
To investigate the effect of Zengwei Oral Liquid on the structure and function of reproductive organs of male mice, the testis index, androgen concentration in blood of male mice were measured after 17 days of continuous administration, and morphology of the testes of mice was studied.
