日前,长沙市开福区法院公开审理了原湖南省公路建设投资有限公司副总经理李明辉受贿一案。李明辉原系湖南省公路建设投资有限公司副总经理(正处级)兼任湖南长韶娄高速公路有限公司执行董事。2003年8月至2005年12月,李明辉在担任湖南省交通厅引进外资项目办公室副主任期间,利用职务之便,先后多次收受好处费,并为他人谋取不正当利益,被检察机关依法提起公诉。
A few days ago, Changsha Kaifu District Court held a public hearing of the former Deputy General Manager of Hunan Highway Construction Investment Co., Ltd. Li Minghui bribery case. Li Minghui, formerly the deputy general manager of Hunan Highway Construction Investment Co., Ltd. (now at the level), is also the executive director of Hunan Changshao Lou Expressway Co., Ltd. From August 2003 to December 2005, during his tenure as Deputy Director of the Office of Foreign Investment in Hunan Provincial Communications Department, Li Minghui repeatedly took advantage of his expenses and sought improper benefits for others. He was prosecuted by prosecutors in accordance with law .
