目的探究乳腺癌根治术围手术期护理体会。方法随机选取本院于2015年1月-2017年1月收治的86例乳腺癌根治术患者进行分析研究,将全部患者随机均分为对照组和观察组两组各43例,对照组患者采取常规护理措施,观察组患者在此基础上采取围手术期护理干预措施。结果经过护理干预的观察组患者的护理效果明显优于对照组患者。结论将术后综合护理应用于乳腺癌根治术患者术后的治疗中能够有效改善治疗效果、降低患者出现并发症的几率、加快患者的康复进程,在临床上具有广泛的推广价值。
Objective To explore the perioperative nursing experience of radical mastectomy for breast cancer. Methods Totally 86 patients with radical mastectomy undergoing radical resection in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were randomly selected and analyzed. All patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 43 cases in each group, while in control group, General nursing interventions and observation group patients took perioperative nursing interventions on this basis. Results Nursing intervention patients in observation group was significantly better than the control group patients. Conclusion The application of postoperative comprehensive nursing in the treatment of patients with radical mastectomy can effectively improve the curative effect, reduce the chance of complication and accelerate the rehabilitation of patients. It has a wide range of clinical value.
