我校于一九八三年十月二十二日至二十九日举行了为期一周的第四届科学报告会。 十月二十二日下午,举行了隆重的开幕式。 校长于善瑞同志主持了本届科学报告会的开幕式。副校长杨克同志致开幕词。河北省教育厅副厅长李光顺同志、河北省教育厅科研处副处长鲍兴起同志专程由石家庄来我校出席开幕式并参加了部分的科学报告会。李光顺副厅长在开幕式上讲了话。
Our school held a weeklong fourth scientific conference from October 22 to 29, 1983. On the afternoon of October 22, a grand opening ceremony was held. President Yu Shanrui presided over the opening ceremony of this scientific conference. Vice President Yang Ke made an opening speech. Comrade Li Guangshun, deputy director of the Hebei Provincial Department of Education, Comrade Bao Xingqi, deputy director of the Scientific Research Department of the Hebei Provincial Department of Education, made a special trip to Shijiazhuang to attend the opening ceremony and attended part of the scientific report. Vice Minister Li Guangshun spoke at the opening ceremony.
