4月12至19日 ,中共中央政治局常委、国务院总理朱基在江苏考察工作时 ,就农村信用合作社改革发展问题所作的重要讲话 ,在各地引起强烈反响 ,并得到了广大农民、农信社职工及人民银行干部的拥护与支持。5月11日 ,人行广州分行召集了辖区部分农信社主任和人行中心支行行长进行了座谈 ,大家就如何学习贯彻落实朱总理的讲话精神 ,更好地发挥农信社联系农民纽带作用 ,把农信社真正办成农村金融的主力军等问题发表了看法。本刊现将这次座谈会上部分同志的发言摘要如下 ,期望能引起广泛的重视 ,从而在更大范围、更高层次掀起学习贯彻落实朱总理的讲话精神的热潮
