Fas和FasL在成熟T淋巴细胞免疫反应的调节尤其在激活诱导的凋亡中起着重要作用 ,本文拟对T细胞激活、TCR对Fas和FasL表达的调节、Fas和FasL免疫反应的调节中的作用及效应机制几方面的研究现状作一综述。
Regulation of Fas and FasL in Mature T Lymphocyte Immune Response plays an Important Role in Activation-induced Apoptosis in particular. In this paper, T cell activation, TCR regulation of Fas and FasL expression, regulation of Fas and FasL immune responses Effect and mechanism of several aspects of research status to be reviewed.
