目的 :研究复方戊二醛性能。方法 :采用消毒药剂鉴定技术。结果 :消毒剂原液与菌悬液作用 3 0min ,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞的杀灭率为 1 0 0 %。含戊二醛 1 5%的复方消毒剂于 57℃下放置 1 4d ,戊二醛浓度仅降至 1 4 7%。其原液对碳钢与铜基本无腐蚀 ,对铝有轻度腐蚀 ,对家兔皮肤无明显刺激作用。结论 :复方戊二醛消毒剂性能良好 ,可以应用于临床
Objective: To study the performance of compound glutaraldehyde. Methods: Using disinfectant identification technology. Results: The disinfectant solution and bacterial suspension for 30 min, the killing rate of B. subtilis black mutant spores was 100%. The compound disinfectant containing glutaraldehyde 15% was placed at 57 ℃ for 14 days, and the glutaraldehyde concentration dropped to only 14.7%. The stock solution is basically non-corrosive to carbon steel and copper, slightly corroded to aluminum, and has no obvious stimulating effects on rabbit skin.
