长期以来,我国农村中学音乐教育处于比较落后的状况,这其中专业师资落后,是个很重要的原因。所以,开辟培养农村中学音乐师资的新路已迫在眉睫。师范专科学校是中学师资的摇篮。其根本任务是为中学培养合格的教师。各地区师范专科学校的学生大多来自地区所属各县农村的应届和历届高中毕业生。毕业后的职业决定了他(她)们回农村任教的基本去向;也决定了他(她)们在校期间必须牢固地树立从事教育的事业心,掌握具备从事教育事业的知识和技能。
For a long time, the rural middle school music education in our country is in a relatively backward state. Among them, professional teachers are backward, which is a very important reason. Therefore, it is urgent to open up a new path for training rural middle school music teachers. Normal colleges are the cradle of teachers in middle schools. Its basic task is to train qualified teachers for the secondary school. Most of the students from teachers’ colleges in various regions come from the past and previous senior high school graduates in the rural areas of each county. The career after graduation determines the basic direction of returning to teaching in rural areas. It also determines that when they are in school, they must firmly establish their dedication to education and have the knowledge and skills to engage in education.
