In 1987, I was admitted to the Central South University of Technology Department of Management with technical excellence. At that time, this specialty was opened for the first time at Central South University of Technology and very few key universities nationwide. Therefore, it was very popular at the time of graduation in 1991 and was mostly allocated to the effective state-owned enterprises. I was assigned to 156 key projects throughout the country during the “First Five-Year Plan” period
