目的分析2009-2013年新疆兵团第九师布鲁氏菌病流行特征为做好本地区的预防控制工作提供依据。方法资料来源于2009-2013年新疆兵团第九师CDC实验室监测数据分析布病的人群、地区、年龄、时间的分布特征。结果 (1)2009-2013年新疆兵团第九师布病发病率6.7/万,5年间发病呈波浪形;年龄发病特征集中在20~50岁,其中40岁发病人数最高,以后随着年龄的增长发病率明显下降;男性发病率明显高于女性(2.26∶1),职业分布特征以牧民及饲养人员最多占74.51%,其次兽医占11.24%,屠宰皮毛加工占8..88%,其他占5.41%(χ2=460.5,P<0.005)。(2)2009-2013年新疆兵团第九师东线团场发病率明显高于西线团场及170团(χ2=50.53,P<0.005),(3)发病多集中5-6月份。结论新疆兵团第九师各团场40岁左右的男性牧民是布病的高发人群;20~50岁的牧民及饲养人员是预防控制布病的重点人群。
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of brucellosis in the ninth division of Xinjiang Corps from 2009 to 2013 so as to provide a basis for prevention and control work in this area. Methods The data were collected from the monitoring data of CDC laboratory of the Ninth Corps of Xinjiang Corps between 2009 and 2013 to analyze the distribution characteristics of people, regions, ages and time of brucellosis. Results (1) The incidence of brucellosis in Xinjiang Corps between 2009 and 2013 was 6.7 / 10 000, and the incidence was undulated in 5 years. The age-onset features were concentrated in 20-50 years old, of which the highest incidence was 40 years old. The morbidity of male was significantly higher than that of female (2.26:1). The occupational distribution was characterized by herdsman and breeder up to 74.51%, followed by veterinary 11.24%, butchery fur processing up to 8..88%, others accounted for 5.41% (χ2 = 460.5, P <0.005). (2) In 2009-2013, the incidence of the Eastern Corps in the Ninth Corps of Xinjiang Corps was significantly higher than that in the Western Corps and the 170 Corps (χ2 = 50.53, P <0.005). (3) The incidence was more concentrated in May-June. Conclusion Xinjiang Herb Corps ninth division of each field 40-year-old male herdsman is a high prevalence of brucellosis; 20 to 50-year-old herdsman and feeding staff is the focus of prevention and control of brucellosis.
