本文借鉴鲍莫尔成本模型,将技术创新分为劳动力依赖型技术创新和资本劳动力依赖型技术创新,在此基础上建立模型。研究结果表明,劳动依赖型技术创新具有稳定的相对研发成本,典型的是实用新型与外观设计专利。资本劳动依赖型技术创新的相对研发成本逐渐降低但有底限,典型的是发明专利,不同类型创新的相对成本不可比。不同创新周期的发明专利各有优缺点,不同类型的专利也各有优缺点,它们之间是互相补充与协调的关系。技术垄断型企业一定程度上会有意延长创新时间。
Based on the Baumol cost model, this paper divides technological innovation into labor-dependent technological innovation and capital labor-dependent technological innovation, and based on this, establishes a model. The results show that labor-dependent technological innovation has a stable relative R & D cost, typical is utility model and design patent. The relative R & D cost of capital labor-dependent technological innovation is gradually reduced but there is a limit. The typical one is invention patent, and the relative costs of different types of innovation are not comparable. Invention patents of different innovation cycles each have advantages and disadvantages, and different types of patents also have their advantages and disadvantages, and they complement and coordinate each other. Technology monopolies will, to some extent, intentionally extend innovation time.
