目的 :观察高密度脂蛋白 (ＨＤＬ)注射液对高胆固醇饲料诱导家兔动脉粥样硬化的预防和消退作用。方法 :90只新西兰白兔共分成 9组。处理方案包括预防性给药和治疗性给药。组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ为预防性给药处理 ;组Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ、Ⅷ为治疗性给药处理 ;组Ⅸ为喂饲正常饲料对照组。组Ⅰ
Objective: To observe the effect of high-density lipoprotein (HDL) injection on prevention and remission of atherosclerosis induced by high cholesterol diet in rabbits. Methods: 90 New Zealand white rabbits were divided into 9 groups. Treatment regimens include prophylactic and therapeutic administration.
