本文介绍了作者近几年来在农用柴油机上进行磁化兼驱气节油技术及节油器的试验研究结果。发动机试验及实车运用表明,该节油器具有节油和驱气两大功能。对一般使用中的柴油机,平均节油率达7%,功率提高5%左右,排烟、排温下降,具有减少和清除积炭,延长机器使用寿命的作用。此外,尚能自动排除低压油路中空气,免除了机手排气的烦恼,减少低压燃油路的漏损,达到进一步节油。文章还对影响磁化节油和驱气的一些因素作了说明,对磁路和驱气机构的设计作了介绍。
This article describes the author in recent years on the agricultural diesel engine magnetization and driving gas-saving technology and economizer test results. Engine test and actual vehicle operation show that the fuel economy has two functions of fuel saving and purging.
