目的研制用于肿瘤化学热消融的实验装置系统,并研究化学热消融系统的加热性能。方法搭建实验装置系统,主要包括注射泵、热电偶及红外热像仪等,特别设计制作了两流道、尖端可反应的注射针。结果对该装置系统进行系列实验测试,整个实验过程安全可控,少量反应物即可产生显著的温升,可满足临床治疗的需要。结论该装置系统安全高效,有望进一步推广到临床应用。
Objective To develop an experimental device system for thermal ablation of tumor chemical and to study the heating performance of chemical thermal ablation system. Methods The experimental setup system was set up, mainly including syringe pump, thermocouple, infrared camera and so on. The two-way channel was designed and manufactured, and the needle which can react at the tip of the needle was designed. Results A series of experimental tests were carried out on the system of the device. The whole experimental process was safely and controllable, and a small amount of reactants could produce significant temperature rise, which could meet the needs of clinical treatment. Conclusion The system is safe and efficient and is expected to be further extended to clinical application.
