目的:研究麻花秦艽、粗壮秦艽、粗茎秦艽、西藏秦艽等藏药解吉4种高山基原植物的种胚发育特性。方法:采用培养皿培养法,观察记录种子发芽率、测量种胚各部位长度和宽度,进行统计分析;采用石蜡切片法,观察淀粉粒、叶绿体生成情况。结果:4种植物的发芽率均很高;种胚发育特性基本一致,主要在时间长度上存在差异;胚长度的增长主要体现为胚轴的增长;细胞中贮藏淀粉粒;子叶中逐渐产生叶绿体;并将其种胚发育生长过程分为8个时期。结论:本研究可为相关种群的就地保护、遗传育种、药材栽培学提供基础资料。
OBJECTIVE: To study the embryo developmental characteristics of four species of Tibetan medicinal plants, Gentiana macrophylla, Gentiana macrophylla, Gentiana macrophylla, Gentiana macrophylla and other species of Tibetan medicine. Methods: The culture method was used to observe the germination rate of seeds, the length and width of embryos were measured and statistically analyzed. The formation of starch granules and chloroplasts was observed by paraffin section method. Results: The germination rate of the four plants was very high. The embryo developmental characteristics were basically the same, mainly differing in the length of time. The growth of the embryo length was mainly manifested as the growth of the hypocotyls; starch granules were stored in the cells; and the chloroplast was gradually produced in the cotyledons ; And its embryonic developmental growth process is divided into 8 periods. Conclusion: This study can provide the basic information for in-situ conservation, genetic breeding and medicinal cultivation of related populations.
