作者用环状免疫单扩散法测定30例急性白血病患者的血浆纤维结合蛋白(Fn)。发现,化疗前伴出血感染的Fn值低于正常组(P<0.01),病变完全缓解时Fn值恢复正常,化疗药物不引起Fn值降低。对8例急非淋伴发热感染者输冷沉淀100ml,输后4小时Fn值上升高峰接近正常组值。冷沉淀在循环中半寿期为24.7小时。
The authors used cyclic immunodiffusion to determine plasma fibronectin (Fn) in 30 patients with acute leukemia. It was found that the Fn value of patients with hemorrhagic infection before chemotherapy was lower than that of the normal group (P <0.01). The Fn value returned to normal when the pathological changes were completely relieved. The chemotherapy drugs did not cause the Fn value to decrease. In 8 cases of acute non-febrile patients with febrile sepsis, 100 ml of cryoprecipitate was precipitated, and the peak of Fn rise at 4 hours after the infusion was close to the normal value. Cold precipitation half cycle in the cycle of 24.7 hours.
