语文教学改革已进入瓶颈期,对教学形式的追求遭到质疑,教师在一浪又一浪的教学变革中亦步亦趋。以往的研究中,语文教师仅仅是语文教学中的一个角色。虽然有对教学风格的研究和探讨,但这远远不够。笔者认为应从语文教师自身的追求与变革上找到语文教学改革的突破口。语文教师应该是具有个性特色的教学个体。在本文中,笔者提出了“语文教师论”这一理论,并初步探讨了它的必要性、内涵和意义以及它所应该有的理论框架,期望能对目前的语文教学改革有所启发。
Chinese teaching reform has entered the bottleneck period, the pursuit of teaching forms has been questioned, teachers in the waves of teaching reform step by step. In previous studies, Chinese teachers were only a part of Chinese teaching. Although there is research and discussion on teaching style, it is not enough. The author thinks that we should find the breakthrough of Chinese teaching reform from the pursuit and reform of Chinese teachers themselves. Chinese teachers should be individual teaching individuals. In this paper, the author puts forward the theory of “Chinese teacher theory” and preliminarily explores the necessity, connotation and significance of the theory and the theoretical framework it deserves, in the hope of inspiring the current Chinese teaching reform. .
