信息技术和计算机技术的快速发展,催生出了大数据技术这样的全新事物,大数据技术和当前众多行业发展迅速形成紧密联系,提供了非常重要的支撑作用。在这样的情况下,企业人力资源管理也面临着大数据技术的冲击,尤其是对于中小企业而言,这种冲击更加明显。对此,本文就分析了中小企业人力资源管理在大数据时代下面临的挑战,然后分析了其变革措施,希望可以为相关人员提供一些参考。
The rapid development of information technology and computer technology has created new things such as big data technology. Big data technology has been closely linked with the rapid development of many industries and has provided a very important supporting role. Under such circumstances, human resources management of enterprises also faces the impact of big data technologies, especially for SMEs. In this regard, this article analyzes the challenges faced by small and medium-sized enterprise human resources management in the era of big data, and then analyzes the change measures, hoping to provide some reference for the relevant personnel.
