1992年6月~1993年9月,共收治低氧放疗及常规放疗组23对,均经面颈联合大野放疗,DT35~40Gy/17~20次。低氧放疗组在治疗前吸入10.5%的低氧气体2.5'后进行放疗。分别观察二组在放疗过程中口干程度、口腔粘膜反应及全身反应情况。临床证实,常规放疗出现较严重口干反应的患者为14/23,占60%;而低或放疗出现较严重口干反应的患者仅有3/23,约占13%。口腔粘膜及全身反应也有类似效果。初步结论;低氧放疗具有保护正常组织的作用。
From June 1992 to September 1993, a total of 23 cases were treated with hypoxia radiotherapy and conventional radiotherapy. All patients underwent radiotherapy combined with face-neck surgery and large-field radiotherapy and received DT35 to 40 Gy / 17 to 20 times. Hypoxia radiotherapy group inhaled 10.5% hypoxia gas 2.5 ’before radiotherapy. The degree of dry mouth, oral mucosal reaction and systemic reaction during radiotherapy were observed in the two groups respectively. Clinically confirmed that the incidence of more severe cases of conventional dry mouth response to dry mouth reaction was 14/23, accounting for 60%; and low or more serious cases of radiation therapy in patients with dry mouth only 3/23, accounting for 13%. Oral mucosa and systemic reactions have similar effects. Preliminary conclusion; hypoxic radiotherapy has the function of protecting normal tissues.
