针对武汉地区甘蓝小孢子培养技术应用的重要障碍在于小孢子苗越夏成活率较低的问题,通过多年的技术改进和试验,提出了武汉地区甘蓝小孢子苗二段育苗法越夏高效成活技术:当年小孢子苗推迟至12月至翌年1月移入营养钵,精细管理,长至5月下旬,这一阶段的成活率可达95%;6月初换钵后,将苗置于较高的通风凉爽之处,上拉遮阳网,重点做好水分管理,防止营养土过干或过湿,同时搞好虫害防治,这一阶段的成活率为94.6%,总成活率达90%。
