为了探讨环境空气中尼古丁含量的检测方法,采用被动式采样,气相色谱质谱检测,内标法定量。该方法环境空气中尼古丁的测定范围为0.085 9~16μg/m3,回收率为84.8%~88.1%,RSD(n=6)为4.2%~5.8%。该方法操作简单,选择性好,灵敏度高,可满足环境空气中尼古丁浓度检测的要求。
In order to explore the detection method of nicotine content in ambient air, passive sampling, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and internal standard method were used. The method was applied to the determination of nicotine in ambient air with the range of 0.085 9-16 μg / m3, the recovery of 84.8% -88.1% and RSD (n = 6) of 4.2% -5.8%. The method has the advantages of simple operation, good selectivity and high sensitivity, and can meet the requirement of nicotine concentration detection in ambient air.
