本文报导了高效液相内标法测定血浆中麦迪霉素的含量。本法的内标物为格列齐特。平均回收率为100．5％，RSD为6．1％。快速、简便、准确，优于生物测定法或外标法。内标法测麦迪霉素血药浓度国内尚未见报导。
This article reports the determination of plasma midecamycin by HPLC with internal standard method. The internal standard of this law is Gliclazide. The average recovery was 100.5% with RSD of 6.1%. Quick, easy, accurate, better than bioassay or external standard method. Internal standard method to determine the plasma concentration of midecamycin has not been reported in China.
