运用随机前沿分析方法,从技术效率的角度研究中国区域间乡镇企业发展不均衡的原因。分析表明,中国乡镇企业劳动力平均实际产出与前沿产出之间的差距主要受技术非效率的影响,技术效率水平自东向西依次递减,是影响区域间乡镇企业发展不均衡的重要因素;中国乡镇企业发展的技术效率水平虽然较低,但是总体呈现出上升的趋势。通过对影响区域间乡镇企业产出差距的因素进行分解,也证实技术效率是影响乡镇企业劳动力平均产出差距的最主要因素。
Using the method of stochastic frontier analysis, the reasons for the unbalanced development of TVEs between regions in China were studied from the perspective of technical efficiency. The analysis shows that the gap between the average actual output and the frontier output of the labor force in rural enterprises in China is mainly affected by technological inefficiencies. The level of technological efficiency declines from east to west, which is an important factor affecting the unbalanced development of rural enterprises between regions. Although the technical efficiency level of the development of China’s township and village enterprises is relatively low, it generally shows an upward trend. By decomposing the factors affecting the output gap between rural and township enterprises in the region, it is also confirmed that technical efficiency is the most important factor affecting the average output gap of the labor force in township and village enterprises.
