静脉注射肾上腺素复制家兔急性肺损伤模型,采用硫代巴比妥酸显色法测定血浆及肺组织匀浆丙二醛含量;用薄层层析及无机磷定量法测定肺表面活性物质的主要功能成分卵磷脂含量。结果表明,肾上腺素致肺损伤后血浆和肺组织匀浆丙二醛含量明显增加,肺组织匀浆卵磷脂含量明显减少。事前给予西米替丁的动物,丙二醛含量减少,卵磷脂含量未见明显降低。提示卵磷脂的减少可能与丙二醛增加相关,而西米替丁能抑制这一过程。进而保护肺脏免于损伤。
