八路军桂林办事处,又称国民革命军第十八集团军桂林办事处,亦称第十八集团军驻桂通讯处兼新四军驻桂通讯处,位于桂林市中山北路96号.座落于桂林著名风景区叠彩山与明靖江王城之间。1938年11月下旬,周恩来根据中央指示,与国民党桂系协商,在桂林设立了八路军办事处,李克农以南方局秘书长的身份,坐镇桂林全权负责,对外称八路军桂林办事处处长。
