本文详细试验了碘量法测定铁矿石、还原及焙烧铁矿产物中金属铁和全铁的条件,并应用于生产、从而使测定金属铁和全铁的方法统一起来,既不使用汞盐,又为工作带来方便。试验共分三个部分:(1)碘量法测定铁的基本条件;(2)金属铁的测定;(3)全铁的测定。 (1)碘量法测定铁的基本条件: 2Fe~(2+)+(?)2Fe~(2+)I_2从反应式可知,可用硫代硫酸钠标准溶液滴定碘来间接测定铁,实验确定了下述适宜条件;介质为0.3—2.0N盐酸,选用0.7N;温度50—60℃;碘化钾用量1—3克,选用2克;加入碘化钾析出
